About Convergence Training

Convergence was founded as a part of Capstone Technology Corporation to satisfy the training needs of mill customers. From the beginning we decided to use cutting edge 3D technology to build engaging training presentations. By constructing site-specific machines and equipment in virtual environments, we are able to present the internal workings of machines that cannot be captured with traditional pictures or video. We also utilize a combination of P&IDs, flow diagrams, CAD drawings, pictures, video, and existing SOP documents. In addition, our project managers are industry experts that hold advanced degrees in chemical engineering. This means that we don’t rely heavily on your personnel during course development.
